About the Role:

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Year 5 students.
  • Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Cultivate a love for learning among students by using innovative teaching methods and resources.

About You:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have experience teaching in a primary school, preferably in Year 5.
  • Be familiar with the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and a commitment to inspiring and motivating students.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
