We are seeking a skilled and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in a primary school setting.

About the Role
The Year 6 Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of students. This will include monitoring student progress, maintaining records, and creating a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent classroom management skills and be able to adapt their teaching style to suit different learning styles.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of students* Monitor and assess student progress and maintain records* Create a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide quality academic support for students* Participate in school-related activities such as performances, events, and parent-teacher meetings

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a recognized qualification in teaching, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field. They should also have proven experience in teaching Year 6 in a mainstream primary or secondary school. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and its application in class is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students, are also required. A passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives is a must.
