Job Title: Experienced Year 5/6 Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced long-term Year 5/6 Teacher to join our educational provision in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will start on a long-term supply basis.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support, while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. The role involves collaborating with fellow staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures that promote academic excellence and pupil well-being.

Requirements:
  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Bring recent experience as a Year 6 Teacher from mainstream primary school settings.
  • Demonstrate expertise in supporting students with SEMH needs, particularly those with ADHD and Autism.
