Our mission is to provide an invaluable programme of education for students who require additional support.

We are seeking a QTS Teacher to join our Ipswich Primary School team, where you will play a key role in providing education for pupils aged 5-11 years old with emotional and behavioural difficulties. As a Teacher, you will work in small groups, building effective relationships with students and families.



  • Teaching Responsibilities:

    • Developing schemes of work to meet curriculum requirements and inspection standards.
    • Preparing lessons for off-site students, ensuring support staff can deliver effectively.
    • Establishing supportive relationships with students, families, and carers.
    • Undertaking administrative tasks associated with the teaching function.
    • Complying with Catch22 policies and procedures.
    • Engaging in personal and professional development activities.

  • A recognised higher qualification with significant experience of teaching vulnerable youth.
  • Experience working with complex, high behaviour needs and additional learning requirements.
  • Proven track record of teaching K1 and KS2 pupils.
  • Sound knowledge of planning, assessment, and behaviour management strategies.
  • Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs.
Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
