Job Overview

At Datatech Analytics, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist Manager to lead our data science initiatives in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of healthcare by leveraging your expertise in data analysis and machine learning. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a small team of data scientists in developing and implementing advanced data analytics, machine learning, and traditional and generative AI solutions to address complex challenges in healthcare.

About You
We're looking for someone with in-depth experience coaching and leading junior data scientists within a senior data science role. You should be able to demonstrate experience of developing complex AI projects with minimal supervision, working in line with best practices. Additionally, you should have a strong mathematical and statistical background, as well as deep knowledge of Python and data science packages such as Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PySpark. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, define data science strategies, and drive the development of innovative products and services. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and coach junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence in data science practices. The estimated annual salary for this role is £90,000, dependent on experience.
