A talented and passionate Data Scientist is required to make a real impact in the healthcare industry. Our client, a leading provider in health solutions, seeks a highly skilled individual to join their dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This exciting opportunity leverages expertise in data analysis and machine learning to drive actionable insights and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that improve health and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Gather and clean large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Apply statistical, machine learning, and generative AI techniques to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop predictive models.
- Create visual representations of data to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Interpret data analysis results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop solutions, and implement data-driven strategies.
- Experience in a data science role with a proven track record of driving business value from data.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business use.
- Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PySpark.
- Experience or knowledge in the financial or insurance industry would be advantageous.
- A competitive salary between £50,000 and £65,000, depending on experience.
- Discretionary performance-based bonus.
- Contributory pension scheme (up to 12% employer contributions).

- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
