We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our team at Newham Grange Farm, a popular visitor attraction managed by Middlesbrough Council.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with visitors and contributing to their overall experience.

As a Casual Customer Services Assistant, you will be working front of house in admissions, retail, and café, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a great family day out for our visitors.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for visitors
  • Assisting with admissions, retail, and café operations
  • Engaging with visitors to ensure a great experience
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and special events
  • Hardworking and able to handle the pressure of working in a busy environment
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
