Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Depaul UK. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our financial control function and ensuring that our financial systems and processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the processing of all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and budgeting.
Requirements:
  • CCAB qualified accountant with significant experience in financial management and control.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
