Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled Valuation and Sales Professional to join their team as an Estate Agency Business Developer. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of Estate Agency experience and a strong understanding of the property market.

The role involves valuing properties, converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions, and overseeing the customer journey from property valuation to completion. With the support of a super hub office and sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area.
