Job Summary
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage our client's sales efforts, focusing on existing clients and new product ranges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale and distribution, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts to drive growth through existing clients and new product ranges
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Utilize technical knowledge of underfloor heating systems to provide expert advice to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients via various channels
- Identify and respond to client needs, delivering tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wholesale and distribution environments
- Successful experience as a Key Account/Sales Manager, with a focus on relationship-building and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
£40,000 - £50,000 OTE, with additional perks such as a company car and fuel card, commission and bonuses, 21 days + 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, and mobile and laptop provided
