Become a Resident Care Director

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Care Director to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing services that meet all of our residents' needs.

Your key responsibilities will include developing person-centred care plans, implementing risk assessments, and mentoring staff. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with local regulators and social services.

To succeed in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration. Experience in developing care plans and knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks is essential.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader who has mentored clinicians, including newly qualified nurses. You will be dedicated, ambitious, and resilient with a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.

**Compensation Package**

We offer a competitive salary of £54,120 - £60,382 per annum, plus a range of benefits and rewards, including:
