Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • To support residents with their medications and treatment plans.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
  • To communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Person Specification
  • Previous experience in care settings, preferably with older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care provision.

Salary Details

We offer a competitive hourly rate: £13-16 per hour, depending on experience.
