Care Professional Opportunities in Merseyside

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Kirkby, Liverpool. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. This includes leading a team of Care Assistants, maintaining accurate records, and developing meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

You will need a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and a willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a calm and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
