Job Summary
HC-One is seeking a highly skilled Adult Care Worker to join their team as a Senior Care Assistant. This role involves working on night shifts, providing care that gives residents a sense of security, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement personalized care plans for residents.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
