Key Responsibilities:- Consistent prospecting for new opportunities to expand our client base and increase sales revenue.
- Explore existing client relationships to identify opportunities for service increases and upselling.
- Develop and maintain current processes to enhance the sales team's success rates and efficiency.
- Work efficiently and promptly to support a fast-paced environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance throughout the sales and operational delivery processes.
- Collaborate with the Central Sales Team to create all-encompassing solutions for multi-service opportunities.
- Produce quotations in line with company policy and ensure thorough handovers are completed for each sale.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support achieving annual sales targets.
- Support the company by working with and aligned to the appointed sales strategy.
- Communicate professionally and coherently with internal and external contacts.
- Competent Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Diary management skills.
- Confident customer engagement skills.
- Able to read and understand scaled drawings to support quotation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident spoken and written communication skills.
- Can-do attitude with a desire to drive progression and growth of the team.
- Experience as a field sales operative is mandatory.
- Able to demonstrate commercial understanding within the FM sector.
- Ability to utilize and record data using in-house CRM.
