Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to join Trinity Resource Solutions in Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling written content across our multi-disciplinary clusters, including marketing communications, PR, digital, and social media.

Role Overview:

As the agency's PR and Content Manager, you will leverage your expertise to develop and deliver strategies, creative campaigns, pitches, and proposals that drive engagement and ROI for our clients. Occasional UK and European travel may be required to meet with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and management of PR, social media, and content activities, ensuring seamless delivery of strategies and campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Attend client meetings to take briefs and present research or creative work, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Content Scheduling: Research, plan, and create a detailed schedule of activity for each campaign, including PR, content, and social media plans.
  • Project Support: Provide comprehensive campaign support, including project management, compiling accurate and insightful reports, and regular liaison with clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor all campaign activity closely to ensure quality meets expectations and best practices are followed.
  • Content Production: Produce high-quality content, including written, graphic, and moving image, to engage target audiences across various platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Potential opportunity to line manage a PR and Content Executive, providing guidance and mentorship.

Success Markers:

  • Client Satisfaction: Achieve high client satisfaction scores through effective communication and successful campaign execution.
  • Engagement Metrics: Demonstrate increased engagement and reach for client campaigns, measured through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Quality of Content: Maintain a consistent standard of high-quality content across all channels, contributing to positive brand perception.
  • Timeliness: Ensure all campaigns and content deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
