About the Role

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as an Academic Professional in Health and Wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, with experience in developing and delivering curriculum content.

The role involves developing and delivering high-quality teaching and learning materials, tutoring students, and contributing to the development and improvement of our programs.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials for Health and Social Care programs.
  • Tutor students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our programs, working closely with colleagues and external partners.
  • Participate in research and scholarship activities, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and practice in Health and Social Care.

Essential Requirements:

  • Masters degree or PhD in a relevant field (e.g. Health and Social Care).
  • Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCHE, MA in HE Practice, FHEA).
  • Experience of teaching and learning in a Higher Education setting.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in the industry related to Health and Social Care.
