About the Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Sales Director to join Hanover Fox International, a leading distributor of products and services to the UK kitchens, bedroom, and bathroom sectors.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for our core business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, comprising Area Sales Managers and Business Development Executives.
  • Establish a culture of new sales growth through staff training, personal mentoring, and incentive plans.
  • Drive new sales growth with key customer groups.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in strategic sales management, preferably in the KBB sector.
  • Experience in implementing exceptional sales disciplines within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and mentoring skills to inspire and drive sales behaviors.
  • Understanding of a family-owned or privately owned business environment.
