Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new sales by identifying and executing new business opportunities to achieve targets. This role will primarily engage with commercial end-users, construction companies, and resellers/system integrators to ensure sales growth, turnover, and profit objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial end-users, construction companies, and resellers/system integrators.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience within a B2B services environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • Understanding of the services used in the construction sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
