Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a fast-paced commercial and customer-experienced focused team at the heart of Lexus UK.
  • Research and develop propositions in Sales, Omnichannel, and Value Chain to contribute to Lexus' ambition to be #1 for Customer Experience.
  • Represent Lexus at key forums, gaining wide exposure to the Lexus franchise network and key internal stakeholders.

Requirements
