The Opportunity:

You'll work remotely (work from home possible) and be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from generating leads to closing deals. As a Commissioned Sales Agent, you'll be a sales closer with a relentless drive to achieve success.

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: You'll develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Sales Execution & Follow-up: You'll be responsible for executing sales plans, following up with leads, and closing deals.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting: You'll analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets within a commission-based environment.
  • Strong experience in outbound sales, particularly closing deals over the phone.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a hunger for exceeding goals and achieving top performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable using sales tools to manage leads and sales pipelines effectively.
  • The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on performance.
