As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will work closely with clients to ensure their statutory duties are met, promoting a healthy and safe workplace.

Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct health risk assessments and report findings
* Implement solutions to mitigate health risks
* Perform routine health checks and pre-placement screenings
* Provide fitness-for-work assessments and case management services
* Maintain accurate and confidential health records while adhering to protocols and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications:
* RGN/RMN with prior occupational health experience
* Current NMC registration
* Occupational health qualification desirable
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with Microsoft packages and occupational health software

Compensation and Benefits:
