Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Pension and Investment Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer requests and IFA communications while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service/financial services role is highly desirable.

As a Pension and Investment Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative team working towards common goals. We offer a competitive salary with an estimated range of £24,200 - £27,300 (depending on hours, location, skills and experience) and a comprehensive benefits package including a generous pension scheme.
