Pension Fund Administration Role

 

We are seeking a skilled Pension Fund Administrator to join our dynamic Client Services team in Glasgow. As a key member of our TPA department, you will provide high-quality administration services to our clients and members.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update member records with accuracy and precision.
  • Process member events, including retirements, deaths, and transfers.
  • Act as a point of reference for technical issues and non-standard cases.
  • Escalate complex queries to the Team Leader and technical support team.
  • Provide a consistent and efficient service to internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Administrator and Team Leader to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute to annual and periodic scheme events.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in day-to-day pension administration, including DB, DC, and CARE pension arrangements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant pension legislation and industry best practice.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and plan workload effectively.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Team player with experience in client care or customer services.
  • Proficiency in Pensions Administration systems and Microsoft Office applications.
