About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at HMP Portland, working closely with the Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of Pharmacy Services, working directly with patients and contributing to a comprehensive healthcare package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of Pharmacy Services, including medicine management and dispensing medications
  • Screen drug charts and provide patient counselling
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote health and well-being

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 Pharmacy Services or equivalent
  • Registration with GPhC as a pharmacy technician
  • Excellent organisational skills
