Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Water

Overview:

A Project Manager position is available in a joint venture, delivering schemes to maintain and improve Southern Water's water supply and wastewater treatment works. This is a career-enhancing opportunity to be part of a diverse and inclusive team working on innovative infrastructure projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or HND with vocational training.
  • Strong understanding of Engineering Principles.
  • Knowledge of construction contract law and forms of contract.
  • Extensive experience in construction techniques and best practices.
  • Focus on sustainability, safety, and community wellbeing.
  • Integrity and customer-focused approach.
