About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our Bereavement Services Team as a Bereavement Services Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Bereavement Services, providing exceptional customer service to bereaved relatives, and working closely with our Medical Examiners team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Bereavement Services team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide administrative support, including updating our PTL database and arranging funeral contracts.
  • Work closely with our Medical Examiners team to ensure that Medical Cause of Death Certificates are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Liaise with bereaved relatives, funeral directors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development of our Bereavement Services team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our service.
