About the Role

We are seeking a bright and welcoming individual to join our team as a Branch Receptionist. As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and potential clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors promptly and complete security procedures as required.
  • Monitor and respond to the information inbox, liaising with colleagues to ensure timely replies.
  • Assist with the collation and circulation of brochures, publications, and marketing materials.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and arrange collection by traders and staff.
  • Take messages, direct calls, and provide information in a warm and confident manner.
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms when requested.
  • Assist other departments with ad-hoc tasks, including post, photocopying, document collation, typing, laminating, and booking meeting rooms.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience in a busy customer-focused service role.
  • Good basic education with GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • A courteous telephone manner and the ability to reply promptly to email enquiries.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and use initiative.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
