Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Office Manager at Wild Recruitment in Milton Keynes.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the reception area, including coordination and administration for all visitors
  • Responding to emails and calls across the company's platforms
  • Undertaking all administration duties, including:
  • Courier logistics
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Raising PO numbers, keeping costs in line with company expectations
  • Providing support to the MDs, including travel arrangements, visas, insurance, and document preparation
  • Managing petty cash and managing expenses and company credit cards
  • Checking and approving invoices

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience at Director level
  • Experience in arranging travel and all required documents
  • Planning and organisational skills to manage projects and events
  • Calm and able to work well under pressure
  • Ability to think outside the box and resolve issues
  • Strong understanding of GDPR
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Working Conditions

The role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a salary between £35,000 and £37,000 per annum.
