Job Opportunity: We are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team at BudWood Ltd, a local business providing Residential Care and Support to children and young adults with emotional behavioural difficulties.



About the Role: As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides flexible and individual care packages towards all our children and young adults. You will be responsible for promoting, safeguarding and protecting the welfare of our young people, establishing and maintaining positive and trusting relationships with them, and encouraging the development of their individual interests.



Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working with children and young people, as well as an understanding of the issues that face young people in care. You will also need to be flexible in your availability, as you will be required to cover sicknesses, annual leave, and a range of hours/shifts.



What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate, a sleep-in allowance of £64 per night, and the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and rewarding environment. You will also receive all meals on duty, holiday accrual, and a company pension.
