About the Role
Build on Belief is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to oversee our Weekend Social Club. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in substance misuse treatment and recovery to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to those in need.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a small team and ensuring that they work within the policies and procedures of Build on Belief. You will also be accountable for financial accounting and reporting, as well as training and development of staff and volunteers.

The ideal candidate will have proven people management skills, knowledge of the range of services available to improve quality of life for people with substance use issues, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also have the ability to maintain safe professional boundaries, work under pressure, and adapt to changing environments.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a flexible, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards those with substance use issues. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.
