Job Description

- To plan and deliver engaging activities for children, promoting their physical, intellectual, and emotional development.">
- To establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.">
- To maintain accurate records of children's progress, including observations and evaluations.">
- To contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.">
- To work collaboratively with the Nursery Manager and other staff members to achieve high-quality education and care.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- At least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Early Years childcare.">
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery setting.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
