Job Summary

Quarriers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Family Practitioner to join our team at Quarriers Nursery in Ruchazie. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Early Learning and Childcare to children aged 0-3 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with our Early Years team to deliver a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the holistic development of children.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers to ensure a seamless transition between home and nursery life.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with our organization's values and goals.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in Early Years education and childcare.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents.
