Customer Interaction Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Interaction Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns and timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day workload with our agency partner, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic approaches for large-scale campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing manager to manage all aspects of campaign planning, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with Buying teams and key areas such as CR.
  • Make proactive recommendations for campaigns and projects to drive business growth.
  • Manage the delivery of our agency partners and ensure high-quality results.
  • Deal with day-to-day activities that arrive in the marketing department.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding and experience of managing, delivering, and reporting of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in brief writing and data / insight analysis.
  • Customer focused/passionate about learning about the customer.
  • A demonstrable record of managing delivery from agencies.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Highly organized.
  • A natural skill for attention to detail.
  • Interest in creativity and innovation.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Must be detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a wider, growing team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft.

What We Offer:

  • Starting Salary £36,080 rising to £42,135.
  • 18mth FTC.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working.
  • 5 weeks' annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
