Job Summary

Aldi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Campaign Lead to join our Campaign Planning team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels, driving business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define strategic approaches and write briefs for campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage a team of marketing assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality campaign execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand product and category strategies, and develop relevant content
  • Critically assess creative ideas and drive creative direction to ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign consistency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and agency partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
