About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for successfully negotiating offers, driving business growth through exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our clients in the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors, ensuring a positive experience throughout the property transaction process.
- Sales Negotiation: Successfully negotiate offers, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients and partners.
- Property Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, providing expert advice to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 12 months of experience working as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Property Knowledge: A passion for property and a strong understanding of the local market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and partners.
