Role Description: We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Director to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. This is a permanent role based in the Birmingham area, covering the big 6 specialising in asbestos.

As a Regulatory Compliance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance programme for our local authority clients and ensuring that all properties are compliant with up-to-date legislations. You will also manage the asbestos programme and lead the development of our compliance strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced professionals and contribute to the development of our compliance strategies. Your experience in programme and contract management, as well as your knowledge of P405 regulations, will be valuable assets to our team.
