About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the project engineering for a state-of-the-art Depot in the UK. As a Senior Depot Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development of the depot, working closely with the Head of Commercial and the Head of Delivery. You will need to have a deep understanding of Railway engineering, CDM regulations, and stakeholder management skills.

The depot will house critical facilities, including rolling stock maintenance, operational headquarters, and training hubs. You will work across all the rail engineering challenges, drawing on subject matter experts from across the project, in areas such as Signalling, Rolling Stock, OLE, and Track.

You will be acutely aware of the Environmental considerations, urban integration, and community impact. The project's civil and construction works are well underway, and you will start to lead the project engineering for the Depot as the Systems contracts are being awarded, giving access to work on new technologies.

We are looking for someone with both design and build experience, who can work in a multidisciplinary environment and has great stakeholder management skills. This is a truly fascinating project that will see you go from design to construction to test and commissioning. Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 per annum
