As a Community Safety Officer with Hampshire County Council, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of pedestrians travelling to and from school. This is a permanent contract position, requiring approximately 10 hours of work per week.


The ideal candidate will be able to use a school crossing patrol sign (lollipop) to give clear signals to drivers, control children waiting to cross, and monitor traffic flow to ensure safe crossing times. Training for this role will be provided.
