Key Responsibilities
  • Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
  • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
  • Deliver on plans and objectives, ensuring food and beverage initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
  • Supervise the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
  • Accountable for ensuring costs and inventory are controlled, productivity and performance levels are attained, and adherence to all legislation and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented.
Requirements
