About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our facilities team as a Duty Manager, supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring the fairground and venue are maintained to the highest standard. You'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining all areas, ensuring they're safe and enjoyable for our guests. Your composure and ability to learn from new challenges will be key to your success in this role.

You'll work closely with the team to build and inspire high-performing teams, delivering positive service experiences. You'll also be involved in developing a planned maintenance program to maintain the funfair and venues on site. Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate leader with effective team management skills, good knowledge of health and safety, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a similar role within the trade construction industry and knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic components are highly desirable. If you're a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
