Programme Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to join our Engineering team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex technology programmes that drive customer satisfaction.
This role requires a strong background in programme management, with experience of leading and delivering large-scale projects. You will also need to possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivery in a similar role, with experience of influencing senior management and driving business outcomes. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual bonus, holiday allowance, and private medical insurance.
