Job Title: Shift Leader

We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to oversee operations at our Stockley Park Data Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support data centre technicians and engineers during shifts.
  • Manage and monitor power, cooling, and network systems.
  • Respond to alerts, incidents, and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Conduct inspections and proactive maintenance.
  • Enforce security protocols and ensure operational compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other shifts to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a data centre environment.
  • HV AP.
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
