**Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider**
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical data centre in Stockley Park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all client assets through the operation of the Planned Preventative Maintenance System.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive records are kept pertaining to Health & Safety, Building Compliance, and Quality Assurance.
- Manage sub-contractors to ensure they meet the requirements of the contract, administer sub-contractor work approvals, and ensure safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.
- Remedy plant faults and defects swiftly to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.
- Ensure suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.
- Complete comprehensive maintenance records in the form of job sheets.
- Prepare, review, and utilize Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks (PPM's and reactive) carried out to ensure safe working practices.
- Manage the shift team.
- Maintain and develop good client relationships.
- Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate, including the utilization of the shift engineers to ensure the task is suitably completed.
- Undertake annual appraisals of shift engineers.
- Ensure the shift team are suitably skilled and trained, and appropriate training plans are drafted and implemented.
Requirements:
- Electrically qualified.
- City & Guilds - Level 3.
- City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition.
- HV / LV desirable.
- A proven track record in Building Maintenance working.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
- Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV etc.
- Good Leadership & Management skills.
