About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our London Jewish Federation, a vibrant and dynamic community that serves the needs of our members and the broader community. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to meet the current and future needs of the London Jewish community.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and members.
- Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to achieve outstanding results.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the community's programs and services.
- Collaborate with other Jewish organizations and community groups to advance the interests of the London Jewish community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
- Strong financial management skills.
