About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our established and friendly team at Vets for Pets in Norwich. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team to manage a varied caseload and demonstrate ownership of their actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team to achieve excellent clinical standards and client care
  • Responsible for the management of absence and covering gaps in vet rota when necessary
  • Auditing the veterinary team regularly and taking appropriate action where necessary
  • Delivering top-class clinical standards and client care
  • Confidently administering high-level veterinary care and monitoring animal progress

What We Offer

About Us

We are one of three Vets for Pets practices in Norwich, situated inside Pets at Home but individually owned and run. Our team is supportive and experienced, with certificate holders in surgery and ophthalmology. We have a brand-new ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, slit lamp, multi-parameter units for both theatres, and full in-house lab facilities.
