Our practice is based on the Grove Farm Triangle on the outskirts of Leicester, with easy access from the M1 and M69. We have a state-of-the-art facility with modern veterinary equipment and a supportive team.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced veterinary surgeon to join our team as a Graduate Mentor. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting graduate vets, managing the vet rota, and authorising annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring and supporting graduate vets
  • Managing the vet rota
  • Authorising annual leave
  • Liaising, recruiting, training and developing the vet team
  • Assisting Practice Owners/PM with clinical dispute complaints
