About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Support Worker to join our team in New Milton. As a member of our floating support team, you will provide highly skilled and flexible support to adults with complex care needs in the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to adults with learning disabilities to ensure they enjoy fulfilled lives.
- Work closely with the Resource Allocation Manager to provide highly skilled and flexible support.
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks and provide emotional support when needed.
Requirements
- Ability to drive and access to a vehicle is essential.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
- Full comprehensive training scheme available.
