About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Document Controller to join a leading construction company in Worcestershire. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for the creation and completion of Health and Safety files/O&M manuals, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Your expertise in document management and control will be instrumental in facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, including Principal Designers, Architects, and Supply Chain Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to gather site-specific information and create comprehensive Health and Safety files.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Utilize software packages to create high-quality documents and ensure consistency across projects.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least 2 years' experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in document creation software. Familiarity with CDM Regulations and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously would be beneficial.
Salary: £52,500 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
