About the Role

The Client Relationship Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, representing their interests and actively listening to determine just how the company can help them and cross sell their services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering on assigned revenue and profit margin targets
  • Developing account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customers
  • Collaborating with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
